- Bohemia, also known as Roger David, is the first to rap in Punjabi. This was unprecedented as rap is usually performed in English, even if the song is from different languages like Hindi or Punjabi.
- Bohemia is from Punjab, where his great-grandfather converted from Sikhism to Christianity. However, in Bohemia's household, both the Granth Sahib and the Bible were present.
- He turned to music after experiencing personal struggles like the loss of his mother at a young age, and feeling anger and disappointment from seeing how disposable musicians can be.
- He started his career by performing at occasions with Harjeet Mehndi or working with artists like Jazzy B. He was also friends with Suresh Margoli, a tabla player whose early death led to Bohemia's decision to stand out as a musician.
