About Yobdee
Yobdee was born in Ethiopia in 2007. She is an Ethiopian-Canadian film and television actress and dancer. She is known for her role as Palesa in ICE and for several guest appearances in films. She recently starred as a dancer in the Netflix series The Healing Powers Of Dude. Yobdee's first acting role was at 7 year's old when cast as a series regular in the pilot Mix (2015). Yobdee's career in performing arts began as a young competitive gymnast. Her love for floor routines lead to her passion for dancing. She has trained in ballet, hip hop, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, and musical theatre. Yobdee's focus in the last few years has been hip hop and urban dance. She has trained in Vancouver, LA, and NY. She has won many hip hop awards and also enjoys preforming for local and national charities. In her spare time, Yobdee enjoys helping others, reading, singing, baking, decorating, and spending time with family and friends....
