About Thanassis Totsikas
Thanassis Totsikas was born in Athens, Greece in 1981. In 2001, he graduated the Stavrakos Film School as a Director. In 2005, he wrote and directed the short film "EXIT", which was widely accepted in Festivals around the world (46th Thessaloniki IFF State Awards / Clermont-Ferrand ISFF / MOMA, N.Y, USA / 25th Uppsala IFF). He has worked as Assistant Director in commercials, short films and feature films. In 2006, he was awarded the tuition fees by the Greek Scholarships Foundation for a "MA in Direction of Photography" in E.S.C.A.C., Barcelona, Spain. He directed one short film there and back in Greece, he directed 2 more short films and a dozen music videos, commercials and fashion videos. His first feature film "Saison Morte" (Dead Season) is now in post-production....
