John Hill at the age of 7 began his music debut. He began to play the guitar, piano, and drums. Pursuing his musical aspirations he received classical training in Opera. During his time at Carl Schurz he won highest honors, 4 years running competing in the All City Operatic Competition of over 500 students. While attending high school he was pursed by several colleges including Julliard of New York City. He won a college scholarship to the Illinois Music of Winnetka, Illinois. He attended Wright College then became a radio personality, Mancow, where he wrote skits and parodies. His passion and tenacity led him to a meeting audition with the inimitable R Kelly. . 1991 Sang first solo, accompanied by Jazz Musician Lucius Bell Jr. at age 7 . 1992 Performed for Mayor Daley at the memorial service for Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King . 1997 Lead staff & students of Oscar Mayer Magnet School in singing " The Star-Spangled Banner" for President Bill Clinton . 2003 Became a member of Mrs. Maggie Daley's artist apprentice program Gallery 37, performing at Civic Opera House . 2000-2004 Carl Schurz Music Academy- Received classical training in operatic vocals, studying under the Music of Borok . 2004 Q101 Syndicated Radio Show . 2005-2009 R Kelly Lead Background Vocalist BET 25th Anniversary Show, Billboard Music Awards Show, Jimmy Kimmel, R Kelly Light It Up Tour . produced and background sang in r.Kelly's first concert DVD light it up tour which is also available on Netflix . Has had several appearances on mtv,bet,centric,vh1,channels . Did production/songwriting for several major top 40 artists with his production company wildbeatsteam artist such as dip set,bizarre of d12,r.kelly,call swag district,water music publishing,glc,,really doe of good music j-lie aka flack and a longer list of impressionable music artist . 2010 accompanied business partners to 2010 fashion week to help co-brand future fashion icon/ entrepreneur Stevie boi Sb shades as made famous by (lady gaga) . 2011-2012 took time from his vigor's schedule to do philanthropy work with famous love novelist Arlene presser with her agoraphobia witch made national media attention such as good morning America and was in the national enquirer . 2012 traveled to Haiti to help in recovery of his foreign brothers and sisters after the disaster stuck in the land by teaching concert choir to a select few kids in order for them to obtain a visa john is extremely dedicated and on the pulse catch him if you can...
