About Shon Lange
Shon Lange grew up in a South suburb of Chicago, IL. His parents David and Dana Lange separated when he was a child, but always stayed close. He has one sibling, his sister Shana, whom he remains close with today. During his childhood, he learned the meaning of hard work by taking on three jobs at the age of 15 while being raised by a single parent. But that didn't stop him from participating and excelling in sports. Through high school he grew to his current height of 6'4" but stayed at 150lbs. It wasn't until his early 20's when he joined the US Air Force, that he learned from his commanding officer how to train and eat properly. Through his four years in the military he spent half the time across the globe with a long tour in Saudi Arabia. During which he put on 100lbs of muscle through proper nutrition and dedication.Following the military he relocated back to the city of Chicago where he linked up with a business team. After quickly making a name for himself, he was inclined to lead small meetings, speaking in front of 20-30 people. It was then that he realized his fear of public speaking. Living across the street from the world famous 'The Second City' in Chicago, he walked over and enrolled in an introductory improv class to help overcome his fear. A few years later, while still at 'The Second City', he was invited to speak in front of 30,000 people at the RBC Center in North Carolina. It was during this time that he found his love and passion for acting.A couple months and short films later, along with three of his friends, he made the decision to pack up everything and move to Los Angeles to pursue his new dream. He met his wife (Kimberly) here in Los Angeles, and they just welcomed their first child this year (2018).He has trained here in Los Angeles under the brilliant guidance of Ben Davis. He has made appearances in several TV shows and films, from NCIS: Los Angeles and Marvels: Agents of Shield to Scandal, Days of Our Lives, General Hospital, and American Crime Story - Impeachment. He continues to train and put in the work to help break the mold of the stereotypical size of a Hollywood actor....
