About Nadia Geiger
Nadia is a passionate storyteller on television and in her songwriting. Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, she holds a Bachelor of Art's in musical theatre from Columbia College Chicago and makes her home in Los Angeles. She is signed for film & TV with Aqua Talent, for commercial and voice over with Commercial Talent Agency, and represented by manager Margot Menzel at Luber Roklin Entertainment. Menzel helped discover young talent Miley Cyrus, Demi Lavato, and Jennifer Lawrence.Nadia most recently appeared on season three of The CW's All American, and is a regular improv performer with LA Connection Comedy Theatre. Nadia will also appear in an upcoming Christmas movie, Lacy's Christmas Do-Over.In April 2021 Nadia released a single, Crazy, and an original pop album, Wasted Art, about destiny. Her next album titled "water sun fire moon" is set to release in 2022. She also wrote, recorded, and produced the credit's song ('of mice and men') for Tim Martin's film, Sushi, as well as composed all of the scoring. She may be appearing in some of his upcoming features. Since being vaccinated against Covid19 she plays live shows solo and with her band, 'Nadia and The Boys', around famous venues in Los Angeles.Her training is rooted in Shakespearean theatre and classical piano. Her love for classical theatre was first sparked at age 14 at American Players Theatre in Spring Green, Wisconsin. She lives mindfully through meditation and reaches a higher consciousness through movement, including ballet, tap and jazz dance, yoga, and is a certified fitness trainer. She teaches fitness classes and trains private clients. She combines all of this to bring a well rounded approach to the high demands of modern story telling.Her passion translates to social issues and human rights. It is central to Nadia's artistic vision to work on stories that are culturally relevant and create social change. She is committed to dismantling white supremacy and taking antiracist action. She believes film and television can change the minds of masses through representation. The CW's All American addresses these issues, and her album's release launch gig raised money for 15 different BLM organizations.On screen Nadia is likened to musical types like young Bernadette Peters and Ana Kendrick, and would be best aligned with musical TV dramedies and coming-of-age stories. While as a songwriter takes influence from pianists Regina Spektor, Billy Joel and Sara Bareilles. Her sound is somewhere between Josie Dunne and Norah Jones. She hopes to one day play a real-life musician on screen....
