About Mike Doherty
Mike Doherty is a new-comer to the acting business. Living in Southern Arizona, and spending free time in Tombstone, a friend sent him a message in November 2019 about casting call for background actors. In what would end up being the last major motion film, shot at Old Tucson, Mike applied for his first background part. As a Desert Off Road Racer for 25 years, racing in events such as The Baja 500, The Baja 1000, and a crew member of a NASCAR Truck Team, acting was initially thought of as a "bucket-list" item. Mike Doherty is starting his 3rd year in the acting business. In what would be the last major motion film, shot at Old Tucson. As a Desert Off Road Racer for 25 years, racing in events such as The Baja 500, The Baja 1000, and a crew member of a NASCAR Truck Team, acting was initially thought of as just a "bucket-list" item. Mike also wrote, produced, and Directed his own Western, "Double Crossed in El Paso".
