About Marlo Franson
Marlo Franson was born March 25th, 1970 in Regina, Saskatchewan at the General Hospital. He began acting in his teenagers years, playing Mayor George Shinn in Music Man. He continued his acting training every year at the University of Saskatchewan while obtaining his BA in Psychology. He then moved to Vancouver, BC in hopes to start his acting career, he took courses at VFS but before he was able to focus more on acting, the internet came along. He continued acting course at UBC while trying to make a business online, which was successful in 2001. It took until 2008 when he got in stand up comedy and filming skits, that he was final able to obtain an agent and get back into acting.The rest is history as he began obtaining small roles here and there, a few roles lead him onto TV and in Movies early on but mostly Short Films was his start. Final Destination 5 was the first time Marlo was on the big screen as a bartender and today is showing up on TV shows here and there. He recently made cameos on Lucifer as a Detective a dancer on Bates Motel and his hands made the Deadpool Trailer. Marlo has more cameos to come including the final episode of Wayward Pines and Prison Break. You may see him on TV as a basketball player for Tylenol Arthritis or his cameo in Warcraft at the village which is in Theatres now. Each day Marlo works on his acting career in hopes to see it grow further where and when you see him next will be amazing we are sure.Marlo Franson lives in Vancouver, BC since 1994 and holds multiply part-time jobs while trying to keep his days open for auditions, so you won't see his career end anytime soon. His hobbies include, playing CounterStrike source, watching Vancouver TV made shows and others, going to the movies, biking, and working on his vehicles at home. He is a bartender by trade and a mechanic by hobby. Marlo hopes to land a big role one day to put him in the next level of his acting dreams.
