In high school, Lee joined several acting groups and studied on screen acting from several acting coaches and mentors. Post high school, Lee earned his bachelor's degree in film. While earning his degree he worked on sets and acted in several projects. In 2007, Lee was recruited by a production company to move to SLC, UT to help develop and write feature films. Once in Utah, Lee signed with a Utah based acting agency and appeared in commercials, television shows and feature films.
