Lav Chintapalli has lived internationally in India and Italy, and has been to Finland, France, Venezuela, and Costa Rica. She loves traveling and looks forward to many more journeys. Lav believes in the wonderful synergy of the universe and has strived to experience everything in a holistic life-expanding kind of way - always looking for authenticity of expression.Lav Chintapalli's formal educational degrees span many fields: Microbiology, Genetics, Compute Science, Training & Development, culminating with a Doctorate in Adult & Higher Education. She also holds numerous certifications. Lav has worked in increasing responsible roles within the corporate sector as a consultant and Leadership Coach for high-profile companies. She has also taught at Leadership classes at North Carolina State University. Her corporate bio can be viewed on LinkedIn.A life-long learner to the core, Lav fosters healthy change and growth in herself and the community. She is a serial entrepreneur and has operated many businesses -learning center, online jewelry store, coaching business, and more recently, a Women's Center to empower women and teens. Lav was featured in News & Observer for her contribution to local teens. She is a certified Yoga teacher, a competitive runner, a public speaker, and a dancer (7+ dancing styles). Lav is also a Children's Book author, and has received awards for writing scholarships and retreats, is published in trade journals, literary journals, and maintains an active blog.Once Lav came upon acting, she realized her passion and ability to access the various pockets of selves that lay within. It has opened up a whole new space and medium of expression for her. She has studied theatre in NC, and taken classes in Improv, Stand-up Comedy, Voice Training, and Public Speaking. After moving to Austin, she began to further her passion for acting. She has taken classes under the reputable Mona Lee Fultz, and pursued other avenues of training.In her free time, Lav enjoys visiting art galleries, reading, laughing and enjoying the simplicity of life with her kids, watching movies, meeting people, taking classes, and learning ... always learning....
