Jye Hawley is an Australian born actor based in Melbourne, Australia and has worked actively for over 5 years across television, film and national TV commercials.Jye trained to be a professional wrestler at Vicious Pursuit in 2015 before shifting his focus to screen acting in 2016. Once shifting to acting he began training with various coaches and in various techniques while also focusing on the general American dialect. Coaches include Myles Pollard, Greg Apps, Rosie Traynor, Lyndelle Greene, Jenny Kent (Various US/Scandinavian dialects) and Tyler Coppin (US dialect).Credits include SuperWog (ABC/YouTube), Glitch (Netflix/ABC), Secret Bridesmaids Business (CH 7) and over 5 lead TVC's including Toyota Hilux, CBUS and Telstra x NRL.Jye is an avid learner, loves being physical and challenging himself, he was awarded his blue singlet in Muay Thai/Kickboxing in 2020 just before the pandemic hit and was also striving for his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.In 2020 he began producing with his first short action film 'Shaolin Dork' and in 2021 along with various sketches, he also acted and did the fight choreography for award winning film 'Fracture' which is scheduled to have its first Australian premiere at the 2021 Monster Fest with the festival celebrating its 10th anniversary. In late 2021 he has an end of the Viking era inspired short film titled 'Wanderer' where he will play the lead character....
