About Julian Kay


Julian Kay is a British actor. Born in York in 1974, Julian attended Bootham School before going on to train at the University of Birmingham and Guildford School of Acting. Julian is best known for the roles of PC Tom Allen in two seasons of "Dangerfield" (BBC), Mr Darren Green in two seasons of "Girls in Love" (ITV) and as the recurring character Robert Preston in "Coronation Street" (ITV).Julian has also made appearances in numerous TV and film projects including a recent stint in Emmerdale, Peter Kosminsky's "Britz", alongside Ray Winstone in "Vincent" and as Gary Williams in "Ackley Bridge" for Channel 4....
