At age 28, he began his career when he was cast in the feature film Men, Women & Children (2014) starring Adam Sandler. The director Jason Reitman actually hand picked him to work the hospital scenes with actress Jennifer Garner. But he is most known for his role in seasons 1 & 2 of the hit TV Series American Crime (2015) created by Oscar winner John Ridley. Josh has since appeared on such television shows as The Leftovers (2014) on HBO and Tiny and Shekinah's Weave Trip (2014) on VH1.
