About Josh Weikel
Josh Weikel was born in Hickory, NC as Joshua Ryan Weikel on May 15, 1994 to the parents of Earl and Donna Weikel. His father has worked 31 years for a major Fiber Optics Corporation and his Mother has was a stay at home Mom until Josh started school at which time she chose banking as her career. Over 13 years of banking experience, she works in Corporate Branch Administration / Security. Josh attended Concordia Christian Day School from Pre-k to 8th grade. At his graduation from Concordia he was presented with the highest honor of the Gilbert Pingle Christian Fellowship Award. In High School Josh developed his own Landscaping and Construction Company which was very prosperous prior to his High School Graduation. He was awarded a College Scholarship in Horticulture and Landscaping. Recently he was nominated to compete in Shark-Tank sponsored by the College where he won First Prize and the ability to compete in the County Shark-Tank for young entrepreneurs. Josh made his acting debut by working as an extra in various NASCAR commercials in which his first one was a Sprint SAG Commercial with Jeff Gordon. Josh got his big break when he was cast as a Male Stripper in Magic Mike XXL which filmed in Savannah, GA for several days. Josh was fortunate to be able to meet and spend time on set with Channing Tatum, Joe Manganiello, Matt Bomer, and Kevin Nash just to name a few. Shortly after the filming he was offered a speaking part in the feature film Devotion (2016) as ''Josh the Waiter' as well as the movie Lost In Oxyland (2016) as John Cole. With both movies he will be work with A-List stars as in Larry Wilcox, Noel Gugliemi, Dennis Haysbert, Daniel Baldwin, Kevin Sorbo, Daeg Faerch, Bobby and Angela Kerecz, as well as Crystal Udy and more. Josh was also cast for The Vampire Diaries playing a College Student , Sid Roth's It's Supernatural (2015) Brian Simmons playing a Soldier, Sid Roth's It's Supernatural (2015) lead role David Herzog and Stock Photography for Getty Images. Josh flew to New York City February 7, 2016 at request of a prominent talent agent Shirley Faison with Carson-Adler Talent and is now representing him....
