Imogen Tear is an award winning actress best known for her episode lead role playing Alexa in BBC Kids'/Netflix's TV series entitled, 'Creeped Out' starring Paulino Nunes and Patrick Gallagher. She had the leading role playing Carrie Brownstein's sister (of 'Portlandia' and punk band Sleater-Kinney fame) in Carrie's personal memoir TV movie entitled, 'Search and Destroy' starring Aubrey Peeples, Jessica Hecht and Brad Morris. She won multiple awards for her lead and series regular performance playing Ruby, a special needs character; in ABC TV's limited series entitled, 'Somewhere Between' starring Paula Patton, Devon Sawa and JR Bourne. In addition, she also received multiple nominations and awards for her 3 season lead role playing 'Hattie' in Hallmark Channel's, 'When Calls The Heart' starring Erin Krakow and Lori Loughlin. Imogen has also had numerous guest starring lead roles including The CW's 'The 100' starring Eliza Taylor, Syfy Channel's TV series, 'The Magician's' starring Jason Ralph and Stella Maeve.Some of Imogen's other award winning performances include the title billing lead role in Hallmark Channel's TV movie, 'The Magic Stocking' starring Bridget Regan and Victor Webster; as well as the principal lead role playing the young Audrina Adare in the Lifetime TV movie adaption of the best selling book entitled, 'My Sweet Audrina' by Virginia C. Andrews starring William Mosley and India Eisley. Moviepilot.com quoted Andrew Neiderman (VC Andrews' Ghost Writer) as stating, "the film ('My Sweet Audrina') is the best out of the five previous V.C.
