George Kamea was born in Hilo, Hawaii. His parents moved to Los Angeles a year later, where he would grow up for the majority of his childhood. In 2011, George represented Cal State Los Angeles at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival in Ogden, Utah. Later in 2013 he graduated with a B.A. Political Science. An Aikido Instructor with 11 years experience, George holds the rank of 2nd dan under Haruo Matsuoka sensei, 6th dan, Aikikai. George owes his acting skills to his mentor Patrick Gorman, a respected journeyman actor who has taught George since 2010. When off the clock, George enjoys poker, chess, and the occasional trip to Japan....
