He moved to the United States in 1987 and graduated from Burlingame High School in California, landing his first film and commercial agent in 1990.In 1995, Duane was cast as a dancer on The Grind. A tour version of the MTV show that shot at Paramount's Great America amusement park over the summer of 1995.
