David Burkhart is an American actor known best for his portrayal of the infamous Charles Manson on Reelz Channel's hit series Murder Made Me Famous, as well as his memorable role as Brian, a haphazard stoner, in the cult classic horror reboot, Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich. His work as the former garnered him national coverage in both People and Us Weekly, the latter of which described his performance as "chilling." Known for his powerful voice, animated facial expressions, and strong original character work, David continues to train weekly in both film and stage incorporating the Alexander Technique into his approach to his craft.A native Oklahoman, David is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he received both his bachelor's and master's degree in media arts and developed his love for filmmaking. He continues to perform theatrically and was recently seen in "The Girl Who Believes in Miracles" where he was directed and performed some stunt work for the legendary Rich Correll.Aside from acting, David is an avid yoga practitioner and photographer. He is the founder and artistic director for his own theatre company, The Vagrant Cat Theatre Company, which is a lifelong dream of his.
