He won an Emmy Award in 1996 for his description of a Dwight Gooden no-hitter. Dave has also portrayed a sports anchor on "One Tree Hill" and a news reporter in the Oprah Winfrey-produced "Amy & Isabelle". Cohen did 6 on-camera/voiceover promos for TLC shows Trading Spaces; What Not to Wear and Whle You Were Out. He's also been a promo voice of CNN and image voice of NASCAR. He was one of the first play-by-play men on ESPN back in 1979 and was on ESPNU describing games in 2005. His anchor/host roles have been with WABC-TV; WSYR-TV, WIXT, WSYT and FOX Sports South.
