Ms. Tambuatco's representation has included multiple local and national agencies, including the internationally known Ford Models.Before developing her current philanthropic partnerships, she was involved with the Junior League of Chicago, where she was part of a group that wrote and produced Peeling the Wild Onion, a cookbook released in 2008. Her other activities with the organization included planning their annual Windy City Nights casino event.
