About Brian Abston


Brian Abston was born August 21, 1963 in Nashville Tennessee. He had his first role acting in 1980 at the age of 17 playing a teenager turning 18 on an episode of the Baxters, the American-Canadian sitcom that aired as a syndicated series from September 1979 to August 1981. There was a special episode filmed in Nashville at the Channel 2 News Station, titled "But Dad, I don't want to be a Doctor" where he played a son going against his fathers wish of going to college to become a doctor.He went on to spend his career in Telecommunications but never lost his love of acting. It wasn't until 2015 when he jumped at an opportunity to work as a background actor on the hit show "Nashville". He worked in over a dozen episodes with several being a featured extra. This sparked his desire and he has now worked in several films, television series, commercials and music videos. Many as credited supporting and principle roles....
