Billy Breed is most recently know for his work in Peter Farrelly's "Green Book". He began his career in New York starring in an off-broadway production of Sam Shepard's Lie of the Mind," later deciding to focus on film. Breed is a dynamic performer having written for the CBS Diversity Showcase, constantly preforming at the major stand up comedy venues throughout Los Angeles and New York, as well as continuing to produce original, daily content with his comedy group, the "20 Something Comedy".::MRB
Billy Breed is a Los Angeles-based actor most notably seen in Peter Farrelly's Green Book. Originally from New York City, Billy started his career as a stand-up comedian performing in comedy clubs such as The Village Underground, Carolines, and The Comedy Cellar. In addition to his stand up, Billy also performed in off-broadway plays and independent films, such as the Westside Theatre's production of Sam Shepard's A Lie of the Mind.Following an opportunity to work with the Farrelly Brothers, Billy moved out to LA and eventually was cast in Green Book. Following the film's Oscar win for best picture, Billy was able to continue his momentum by landing a role in the highly anticipated Netflix series The Liberator, helmed by Jeb Stuart and to be released at Comic Con later this summer. Sustaining his busy schedule, Billy returned from his two month stint in Poland to begin working along side Fred Armisen and Mary Lynn Rajskub on the independent film, Too Late. Most recently Billy was cast in the BBC Film Tom, Dick, & Harry, starring Tara Reid and Vivica A. Fox, which will go into production later this year.Billy Breed is a dynamic performer not only experiencing success as an actor, but also as a stand-up comedian, writer, and producer. Billy continues to perform his comedy at clubs throughout New York and Los Angeles. In addition, his joke writing has given him the opportunity to work as a staff writer for the CBS Diversity Showcase.
