Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bill Victor graduated at the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and a post-graduate studies in Management Information Science, Living in Alameda, California, and has 24 years experience in the financial industry. Bill Victor left the financial industry and started his encore career in the film industry. Since then, Bill Victor produced various filmmaking projects and continues to expand beyond horror into science fiction films. Bill Victor launched is own brand "ALIEN DONUT FILMS (TM)" and looks forward to a new types for science fiction film projects in the United States and Internationally. Bill Victor is currently known for the family-friendly science fiction franchise film Alien Danger! With Raven van Slender. He is the Producer, Writer, and lead actor Raven van Slender. The character Raven van Slender crosses into various James Balsamo films including 14 Ghosts and Bit School 2. More Raven van Slender films are in the works. Bill Victor has teamed up with director Russ Emanuel, executive producing his feature AMERICAN WISPER (2020), a short films ROUTINE (2020) and STAYCATION (2021), playing "Rob Peterson" and THE ASSASSIN'S APPRENTICE: SILBADORES OF THE CANARY ISLANDS (2021) where he plays the character "Mike" a retired assassin. Other notable projects include KNUCKS (2020), Appetite for Sin (2021), COMPATIBLE A SCREEN-LIFE THRILLER (2021) playing "user SpamMusubi4u," and CLOWN MOTEL 2 DEATH DO US PART (2021), where he has acting role playing "Specialist Curry". He also acted in his own Star Trek Fan films including THE HUMAN ADVENTURE - A STAR TREK FAN PRODUCTION (2019), OUTRAGED (2021), PEACE AND GOODWILL (2020), and TIME AND TIME AGAIN - A STAR TREK FAN PRODUCTION (2021), playing "Admiral Phil Curry."...
