Benjamin Paul Birmingham was born in Santa Barbara, California on March 22nd, 1992. He had lived in his hometown, Kentucky, and Ohio by the time he was six years old. Ben's passion for acting first sparked when he played a safari tour guide in the 2nd grade school play. It was love at first performance. Since then, Ben has deeply delved into filmmaking, music and writing (amongst other things), but has always found his firmest foundation upon acting. Ben has a background predominantly in theatre with a particular love for William Shakespeare's work, but has acted in a handful of short films and webisodes with just as much delight. He has been a company member at the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum for five years, ever since his first summer as an acting intern. Ben has constantly been keep his acting chops in shape, both through acting class and learning on the job. Though Ben may look like a romantic lead at first sight, he has been primarily known for skillfully portraying villains, underdogs, outcasts, and all-around strange, larger-than-life characters with a deep emotional damage. Ben is currently enrolled at CalState University Northridge as a Theatre Major and has already played a lead in on of the campus' main stage productions.
