In November, 2005 he immigrated with his mother and siblings to Manhattan, NY. A year after he moved to the state of Massachusetts where he is currently studying Psychology and taking acting classes. On March 3, 1996, Andresito Germosen De La Cruz was born into a hardworking family amongst an equally ambitious community in Nagua, Dominican Republic. As a kid, Andresito knew exactly what he wanted to be when he grew up. And no, it was not Superman, or Batman, or the Hulk, nor even Spiderman. Also, contrary to popular belief, he never knew he wanted to pursue a career in modeling or acting until after he came to the United States. As a young boy, all Germosen wanted to do was be able to finally go out and work on the rice plantation with the rest of his friends and family and contribute to his community in a positive way. However, this was never possible for him because of a sickness that he had that resulted in his body being irritated easily. Instead of being able to hangout with the people he cared for the most, he was forced to succumb to the confines of the inside of his house. The fact that he could not do work for his community while surrounding himself with his loved ones bothered Germosen. In 2005 Germosen moved from the Dominican Republic to New York City with his mom and two brothers, living in his uncle's house for a while. He cried and longed for his father and his home country. On the other hand, he liked America. He was torn between two countries at 9 years old and not only had been thrown into a foreign land without any prior knowledge, but thrown into arguably the biggest metropolis in the world. He credits his mom for raising him the way she did and holds her close to this day. She means the world to him and he would not be nearly as talented an actor and model, or nearly as great of a man and human being in general, without her by his side. When he was 15 years old Germosen got the opportunity to return to his home country. This time, he willed his way onto the rice plantations to be with the people that meant most to him and to make a direct and immediate positive impact on his community. Then, after attending a casting call for a fashion row he was given the honor to represent the Dominican Republic in a pageant. That meant everything to him. Because his country means everything to him. And his people mean everything to him. After working tirelessly and showing unprecedented promise in student films and other smaller projects, Germosen started to appear in larger TV series and movies. And then his time came to finally play a role in a Netflix series featuring Mark Wahlberg. His hard work was finally coming to fruition. Also, got to work on another Netflix series called "The Society". Germosen got nominated for Boston's Best Model and Actor at Boston's fashion Awards 2018. Germosen is a dreamer and a visionary. He sees himself winning a SAG award one day. He sees himself winning an Oscar Award one day. And even more so, he sees himself starting a foundation where he gives loads of school supplies, in person, to kids in the Dominican Republic and gives them the opportunity for education that some people dearest to him never had.
