About Alex Prato
Alex Prato was born in Lima, Peru, and grew up living between his hometown and Santiago, Chile. At the age of four, while attending nursery school, Alex was discovered by a talent agent and offered his first TV commercial. In 1998, he appeared in the Chilean TV anthology series, "El Show de Los Libros". While in college, Alex starred in the Spanish movie "Los Condenados" (The Condemned), and was also cast as the young lead in the period Peruvian movie, "Una Sombra al Frente," (Crossing a Shadow). Crossing a Shadow was Peru's entry for Best Foreign Film in the 2008 Oscar competition. After finishing his degree in Mass Communications, Alex was accepted to be part of the Conservatory program at the Atlantic Theater Company in New York City....
