Profile Page Limitations and Terms
- Party Map will not host obscene/vulgar/pornographic text pictures or videos
- The artist will take full responsibility of Copyrighted content
- Size of content to be uploaded will be optimised before hosting.
- Videos will be embedded from Youtube/Vimeo like sharing networks
- Music will be embedded from Soundcloud like sharing networks
- External links to competitor websites will not be published
- Photos uploaded will be less than 100 kb in size
Legal
- The artist will not perform legal actions on Party Map under any circumstances
- Party Map and The Artist have agreed to get into a contract only pertaining to deliverable mentioned under section -"Paid Listing Offers and Features"
- Artist is solely responsible for his or her own Actions before, during and after the performance
- The artist agrees that Party Map is solely a DJ Service Portal that promotes and hosts artists profiles
- Party Map shall suspend the profile page upon expiry of subscription due to non-payment of renewal fees

- Subscription fees is non refundable
